Accepted Answer

No roadworthy certificate is required. We buy vehicles as-is, regardless of their mechanical condition or registration status.

Question 4

What paperwork do I need to sell my car?

You'll need a valid photo ID (driver's licence or passport) and the vehicle's title or registration papers. Our driver will handle the transfer paperwork on the day of collection.

We consider the make, model, year, mileage, overall condition, and current scrap metal market prices. We aim to give you the best possible price every time — no lowball offers.

Question 6

Can I sell a car that isn't in my name?

Accepted Answer

We require the seller to be the registered owner or have written authorisation from the owner. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and we'll advise on the best approach.

Question 7

Is car removal really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 100% free. We send our own licensed tow trucks and there are absolutely no hidden fees or charges deducted from your cash payment. What we quote is what you receive.

Question 11

Do I need to be home when the car is collected?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the registered owner or an authorised representative must be present at the time of collection to sign the transfer paperwork and receive payment.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

We pay cash on the spot at the time of collection — before the tow truck leaves your property. There are no bank transfers, no waiting periods, and no delays.

Question 13

Can I get a quote online or by phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Call us on 0449 060 697 for an instant phone quote, or fill in our online contact form and we'll get back to you promptly. Phone quotes are usually faster.

Question 14

Our phone quotes are based on the information you provide. As long as the vehicle matches the description, the quoted price is what you'll be paid. If the condition differs significantly, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding — no surprises.

Question 15

Are there any fees or hidden charges?

Accepted Answer

None. The cash offer we give you is the amount you receive. Towing is free, paperwork is handled by us, and there are no administration or processing fees.
